Client needs:

Company CEO recognized that change was needed within the supply chain to become more competitive in the marketplace. New leadership was brought in to direct the effort. Orion was asked to support the new leader and help develop strategies to improve speed and lower cost within the supply chain.

After a complete review of transportation, distribution and inventory management functions, a multi-project approach across all segments of the supply chain was implemented with direct accountability to the board. This transformation worked on the internal barriers to success and created several working teams, each with significant financial goals.
