Client Needs Orion recently performed a management review for a potential strategic acquisition.

Orion Strategies & Client Relationship Through this review, Orion efficiently evaluated the acquisition’s service offerings, current markets and proposed growth strategies. The operations metrics, P& L and support systems also were compared.

Outcomes Upon completion of the review, Orion concluded the acquisition did not fit the client’s requirements profile for a strategic platform acquisition. The Orion team suggested an absorption into another organization with more robust CRM systems and processes.
